Stephen T. “Tim” Quigley, Jr. has served in a variety of senior executive positions in private industry, NGO corporations, the federal government and international organizations over the past fifty years. He has extensive experience in business development, strategic planning, international relations as well as project and organizational leadership and management. In the past 20 years, Mr. Quigley Chairman/CEO, NPG Productions, Inc., has previously been Chairman/CEO, Azores TV and PIN TV Holding Group, President/CEO, Silicon Valley Defense/Space Consortium, Managing Director/CEO, Silicon Valley Global Trading Center, Executive Director, Volunteer Center of Silicon Valley and Program Director, Green Challenge California. A thirty one year career naval officer, aviator and veteran, Mr. Quigley was the Commanding Officer, Naval Air Station Moffett Field, one of the nation’s 10 major high technology federal and space agency installations which is located in Silicon Valley.
