Stephen T. “Tim” Quigley, Jr. has served in a variety of senior executive positions in private industry, NGO corporations, the federal government and international organizations over the past fifty years. He has extensive experience in business development, strategic planning, international relations as well as project and organizational leadership and management.

In the past 20 years, Mr. Quigley Chairman/CEO, NPG Productions, Inc., has previously been Chairman/CEO, Azores TV and PIN TV Holding Group, President/CEO, Silicon Valley Defense/Space Consortium, Managing Director/CEO, Silicon Valley Global Trading Center, Executive Director, Volunteer Center of Silicon Valley and Program Director, Green Challenge California.

A thirty one year career naval officer, aviator and veteran, Mr. Quigley was the Commanding Officer, Naval Air Station Moffett Field, one of the nation’s 10 major high technology federal and space agency installations which is located in Silicon Valley. His previous senior Department of Defense positions included serving as: Director of Strategic Planning and Policy for the U.S. Department of the Navy, responsible for developing national service strategies from defense industrial conversion and military base closure issues, and; as Executive Assistant to the Commander in Chief, NATO Southern Forces Europe and Commander in Chief, US Naval Forces Europe.

Mr. Quigley is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a former Course President (1991-92) at the NATO Defense College. He has been awarded numerous distinguished community service and military decorations. Tim currently serves on a number of business, civic and NGO boards of directors.
